Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in. There are no passwords.
• The answers and images you put into the builder. They are private until you publish, then public on your site.
• A record of your orders: plan, amount, status and the payment provider’s reference.

What we don’t collect

• Card or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider on their own pages.
• Location data from your photos. It is removed in your browser before an image is uploaded.
• Advertising or cross-site tracking data. FolioForm sets only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

Drafts without an account

If you try the builder without signing in, your draft is stored only in your own browser. We never see it unless you choose to save it to an account.

Who processes your data

• Supabase stores your account, content and images.
• Google (Gemini) processes your requests when you use the assistant in the visual editor: your message, your site’s content and design, and any photos you attach or ask it to describe. Nothing is sent to Google unless you use the assistant.
• Our hosting provider serves the website.

What the assistant remembers

To keep a conversation going, the assistant stores each site’s chat history and a short summary of it. It also remembers lasting preferences you state, such as a favourite typeface or your brand colour, so it can apply them on your other sites. You can see and delete these memories at any time from the Memory button in the assistant, and they are deleted with your account.

Your choices

You can edit or delete drafts at any time, and take a published site offline from the builder. To delete your account and everything in it, or to get a copy of your data, write to support@example.com.
